1. Subscription Refunds:
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscription plans, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, refunds for monthly subscriptions are not available.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription plans, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds for annual subscriptions are not available.
1.3 Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and demonstrate that you have not fully utilized the services provided by TruckMind. Refunds may be subject to a prorated deduction based on the period of use.
2. One-Time Purchases:

All payments made for TruckMind services will be processed through Wrab Tech Inc.'s designated bank account. Please note that Wrab Tech Inc. handles the payment processing, and your payments will be reflected as such on your financial statements.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
> Services already rendered or provided.
> Customizations or modifications made specifically for your account.
> Any third-party fees or charges incurred during the use of TruckMind.
