Refund Policy

Understand how refunds are handled for all TruckMind subscriptions and purchases.

1. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. Annual subscription refunds are available within 30 days. Refunds are subject to eligibility based on usage and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Prorated deductions may apply.

2. One-Time Purchases

Refunds for one-time purchases such as add-ons or feature extensions are generally not available unless extenuating circumstances apply. Contact support to discuss refund eligibility.

3. Refund Request Process

Submit your refund request to info@truckmind.com. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and responded to in a timely manner. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Wrab Tech Inc., the parent company of TruckMind. Charges will appear under Wrab Tech Inc. on your financial statements.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Non-refundable items include:

  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Custom implementations or account-specific modifications
  • Third-party charges incurred through TruckMind services
6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of TruckMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
